Breakfast is so luxury. There's different kind of croissant everyday, which is really yummy and impressive! Everyone is so friendly, especially Mehtab, Rameo. I also like the room and gym.

We had a beautiful breakfast at the Sofitel Inas was our server and helped us by recommending a variety of Indian dishes that were all so amazing! Inas was so polite and helpful! Would recommend this to anyone visiting India Mumbai. 10/10!!!!!!!

Comfortable place to stay, great for business at the Jio World. Good bed, all of the amenities you would expect from a Hotel of this class. Staff are friendly, check-in was seamless although I was quite early. Breakfast is fairly reasonable considering eggs and parathas freshly made your way with a nice rotating selection. The make up of the room was especially excellent, Karan does a fantastic job with nice touches. The bar makes a great virgin mary too. Check the pricing, although the room is pretty fair, the charges in the Hotel (eg buffet lunch) I would say are beyond premium UK levels and pretty wild for India. I take a holistic view of the cost of my stay and I’m ok with it, but they may want to consider their strategy as you will often forget how much the room was but the cost of a beer will stick in your mind.
